We all know the typical wedding vendors: catering, lighting, linen rentals, etc. But if you're looking to add something unique to wow your guests or add a little bit more fun to your big day, there are several vendors to help make that happen! Below are four ideas for unique wedding vendors.
Custom Dance Floor
Nothing dazzles and amazes guests quite like a personalized and customized dance floor. The possibilities are truly endless, and an amazing dance floor can transform any space! INKcredible Dance Floors specializes in doing just that.
This gorgeous floral dance floor elevated our Lakeview Event Center reception space as well as the entire experience. There were so many compliments from guests who hadn’t seen anything like it before! Especially in event spaces where there isn’t a pre-designated dance floor, a custom one is a great idea.
Live Wedding Painter
Almost every wedding has a photographer or videographer, but have you ever heard of a live painter? Hiring a painter to capture your special day with a custom piece of art is such a memorable experience. Plus, it makes great entertainment for guests to watch the painting evolve!
Heidi Schwartz is a wedding painter who frequents weddings here at Cherokee Dock, and she never disappoints. She painted one of our favorite weddings between Nashville Predators player Roman Josi and his beautiful bride, Ellie Ottoway. The finished product was incredible!
Mobile Coffee Bar
Most weddings have a bartender, but how about a barista? If you are having an out-of-town wedding, booking a mobile coffee bar would be a fun way to greet your guests on the day of or after your wedding. It's also a really great late night treat to keep the party going at your reception!
One of our brides here at The Estate hired The Aero Bar to come Sunday morning after her wedding! It was the perfect end to an amazing weekend. Pro tip: order their caramel oat milk latte.
Adding a flower truck is a great way to entertain guests during cocktail hour as well as send them off with a gorgeous wedding favor. Amelia’s Flower Truck is a local vendor well known around town. You may have seen her cute little truck with fresh flowers in the 12South neighborhood or in the Factory at Franklin, but did you know she does events? Your guests can creating their own bouquets from an array of gorgeous flowers.
