5:00 p.m. Early Entry for Event Sponsors and Community Sponsor guests (ticketed only)
6:00 p.m. General gates open
7:30 p.m. Symphony performance begins
9:00 p.m. Event ends
Arrival – Arrive early. We recommend arriving as early as 6:00 p.m. Allow extra time for traffic, parking and to secure your desired spot on the lawn. Once our parking capacity is met admittance will be closed.
Late arrivals – Late arrivals can be a disturbance to our guests and as a result will not be admitted once the performance begins.
Community Sponsor Ticket Includes
Early access to the property starting at 5:00 p.m.
Access to private, air conditioned restroom facilities
Designated seating and lounge area for front row viewing of the Nashville Symphony performance
Access to the pool lounge area with private bathroom and bar
Parking – self parking is available at The Estate at Cherokee Dock for no additional charge, once at capacity there admittance will be closed.
Food & Beverage – Guests are permitted to bring food and beverages. The Estate will also have food trucks and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for sale
Pets – No pets allowed. Though pets are prohibited at The Estate, we welcome service animals as defined by federal law. Comfort animals will not be allowed to enter.
Restrooms – Portable restrooms will be available
What to bring – Feel free to bring a blankets, sheets, folding/camp chairs. We do suggest a tarp or additional sheet for under your blanket.
Seating – First come, first serve, lawn seating. The lawn can become crowded. Please do not reserve more space than you actually need on the lawn, allowing room for your fellow concertgoers to enjoy the evening. Your seat should be no taller than 27 inches off the ground.
Weather– This event is rain or shine. Should we need to cancel due to extreme weather an announcement will be made on social media
Security procedures – For your safety and the safety of all our guests, all items brought into the park (including, without limitation, coolers, picnic baskets, bags, backpacks and purses) are subject to search upon entry

Smoking This is a smoke free event. E-Cigarettes and vapor devices are also prohibited.
Firearms and explosives
Glass items or bottles
Tents, lighted candles, BBQ etc.
Umbrellas or canopies or anything that needs to be staked to the ground
Drones, video or audio recording equipment
No tall chairs, higher than 28 inches from ground to top of chair
